Today, this traditional Slavic beverage combines in itself old traditions of kvass brewing and modern scientific developments.
Natural fermentation kvass is a unique product made of natural bread raw material without adding any preservatives or aromatizers.
Unlike many lemonades and aromatized kvass, the real kvass is natural fermentation kvass and it is brewed by unique technology through natural fermentation of kvass wort and its saturation with natural carbonic acid. Thanks to that, kvass facilitates better digestion, including of animal fats, improves metabolism and has good effect on cardio-vascular system. In addition to that, real kvass restores strength and gives vivacity to the body. Being a unique beverage, it combines healthiness and thirst slaking properties.
Peculiarities of real kvass production technology:
- Real kvass is produced by unique technology using the method of natural fermentation, which helps preserve health-giving substances and amino acids.
- Real kvass does not contain any sweeteners and dyes, but only natural components – rye and barley malt, which are biologically active substances since they are made of grain sprouts.
- In the process of “soft” low temperature processing, all most valuable components are extracted from malt and a certain grain juice is received – the kvass wort. Then, as a result of sour milk and alcohol fermentation, the unique beverage is brewed, named real kvass or natural fermentation kvass.
